主讲人简介：

Dr. Mostafa Elseifi is a Professor in the Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering at Louisiana State University. Dr. Elseifi’s area of research encompasses asphaltic materials, pavement analysis and evaluation, and sustainable infrastructure. Dr. Elseifi has authored/coauthored more than 150 publications, 130 of which are fully-refereed papers (90 in peer-reviewed journals).  One of his publications has received the Grant D. Mickle Award as the best paper in Maintenance, Operation, and Design at the Transportation Research Board (TRB) out of 2,500 papers. Dr. Elseifi has successfully completed 16 research projects during his tenure at LSU for a total of $6.9 million. He is the Associate Editor of the ASCE Journal in Transportation Engineering.  He is also a member of AFD80, Strength and Deformation Characteristics of Pavement Sections Committee, and AFD30, General and Emerging Pavement Design, at TRB.
